I have never seen so many individual banners and placards like at the Bush 300,000 demonstration last November 20, 2003. The march was a symphony of placards and a carnival with people dressed up for the occasion.
I was always fascinated, by the 'creative activism' as well as political humour and mood found on demonstration banners and placards. In so few words and images, a whole lot is encapsulated!
I hope this virtual march will be able to tell people around the world what ordinary people in the UK think of their rulers' foreign and domestic policies.
